The Notesreport is a list of notes entered for agency personnel, a customer, a specific policy, a claim, or notes converted from a previous system.
Access the report from any center or form that has a Toolbox menu. Selecting Toolbox > Reports opens the Reports - All list, where you can make your selection.
Clicking Notes opens the Report - Notes selection form. Make your selections and then select one of the following from the File menu:
Print Preview
Create CSV to export the report to the program of your choice.

The number that appears here depends on what the note is attached to:

Customer - Firm Name |
The commercial customer firm name and DBA name, if it exists. |
Customer - Last name, First name |
The personal customer last and first name. |

The Employee who entered the note or, for personal notes, the employee assigned to the note when it was entered. |

The text of the note. |
Customer Executive |
For customer notes, the executive, representative, and broker (if applicable) assigned to the customer. Otherwise these fields are blank. |
