Report: Premium Advanced

The Premium Advanced report is designed to assist an agency in identifying agency billed invoices:

ClosedAccessing the Premium Advanced Report

This report is accessible from any center or form with a Toolbox menu. Selecting Toolbox > Reports takes you to the Reports - All list, where you can make your selection.

Click Premium Advanced Report. This opens the Report - Premium Advanced selection form. Make your selections, pull down the File menu and select to:

Option

What is this?

Current Date

Select this option to run the report as of the current date.

Select Date

Use this option to select a specific end date, other than the current date.

Customer

You can select to run the report for All customers (default) or One. To run for one customer, click Search and select the customer.

Company Type

Default selection is (All). You can also select a report for only Brokerage companies or only Insurance companies.

Company

Default selection is (All) or reports for a specific company can be created.

Contents of the Companylist are dependent on theCompany Typeselected above.

Business Unit

Click the link to open the Business Unit Selections form and make your selections.

Executive

The default is (All) or select a specific executive from the list.

Representative

The default is (All) or select a specific representative from the list.

Broker

The default is (All) or select a specific broker from the list.

Description

Accept the default description, or enter a new one that describes the report you are requesting.

Print Cover Page

Allows you to include a cover page listing the selected options included in the report. This option defaults as unchecked.

ClosedReport Fields

Invoice and general ledger transaction detail are grouped by division/executive/customer/policy.

Report Fields

Description

Division

Division assigned to the transaction.

Account Exec

Account executive for the customer. Prints last name, first name.

Name

Customer last name, first name or firm name.

Broker/Res Phone

Broker last name, first name, if there is a broker assigned to the policy; otherwise reports the customer residence phone number and extension, if any.

Account Rep

Customer account representative (last name, first name).

Bus Phone

If this is a broker's customer, then the broker's business phone number prints, otherwise, the customer's business phone number prints.

Last AR Pay

Date and amount of last payment recorded to the accounts receivable for the customer. If the customer has made no payments, a 0.00 is reported.

Company

Insurance/Brokerage company name.

Policy/Description

Policy number (for invoice transactions) or transaction description (for other than invoice transactions).

Type

Accounting Transaction Type.

Inv/Ref#

Invoice number or general ledger transaction reference number.

Check#

Check number, if applicable. If the check has not been printed yet, the check number is unassigned.

InvEff

Invoice effective date for billing transactions.

GLDate

Transaction general ledger date.

Agency Gross

Total of premiums and fees for the invoice.

Net Payable

Total net payable to the company for the invoice.

Paid To Co

Total of amounts paid to the company for the invoice.

A/R Balance

Accounts receivable balance for the invoice.

Account representative assigned to the transaction.

Date of the last payment to the customer AR.

Accounting Transaction Type (only non-invoice transaction codes).

General ledger posting date.

Total of premiums and fees.
