Edit or Add to an Existing Form Set

Use the following procedure to edit or add to an existing form set.

  1. Click the FSC Forms option under Utilities on the Main View.
  2. Click Edit or Add to an Existing Form Set.
  3. Click OK.

The Load Existing Form Set window appears.

  1. Click the forms file you want to edit.
  2. Click Open.

The saved form on your list appears with the JavaScript Window box at the top of the screen.

  1. Click FSC Forms.

The JavaScript Window appears.

  1. Select the form you want to edit.
  2. Click the Edit button.

The requested form appears.

  1. Make your edits.
  2. Click Save on the JavaScript box.

  1. Click the icon on the title bar after you have finished your edits.

The FSC Forms (save changes) window appears.

  1. Click the option you want.

If you click Yes the following popup appears.

  1. Click Yes to overwrite.
  2. Click No to rename the file and save.

The Save Form Set window appears.

File name:

  1. Enter the new file name.
  2. Click Save.

This completes Edit or Add to an Existing Form Set.

Continue to the Quote View.
