Quote View

Use the icon to access the forms for the current quote. (This icon activates after you have selected a carrier in the Rating Results View.) Any changes made to a form only affect the current quote.

  1. Click the icon. This opens the FSC Forms options. Note the statement There is Currently a Set of Forms Associated with this Quote:
  2. Click the option that meets your requirement for the current quote.

  1. Click OK.

Continue to the Edit or Add to the Existing Form Set.

Continue to the Create a New Form Set and Delete Existing Form Set.

Continue to the Create a New Form Set and Save Existing Form Set.

Return to FSC Forms.

Return to Quote Management Facility.
