Create a New Form Set

Use the following procedure to create a new set of FSC forms.

  1. Click the FSC Forms option under Utilities on the Main View.
  2. Click Create a New Form Set.
  3. Click OK.

The JavaScript Window appears at the top left of the screen.

  1. Click FSC Forms.

Another JavaScript Window appears.

Current Document Set

There are currently no forms in the system. Therefore, the edit and delete buttons are grayed out.

Available To Add

State: Click the down arrow and select your choice.

Line of Business: Click the down arrow and select your choice.

Click the Down Arrow Blue in front of the Add Button button.

Click the form that is appropriate for your line of business.

Click Add.

 

The JavaScript Window and the selected form appear.

Click Save in the JavaScript Window.

Click FSC Forms to return to the Add process.

Repeat until you have added all the forms you need.

Forms appear in the Current Document Set after they have been added. This activates the Edit button and the Delete button. Use them as needed to create your forms list.

Click the icon on the title bar after you have saved your last form.

The FSC Forms window appears.

Click Yes to save your changes.

The Save Form Set window appears.

Save in:

  • Select the location to save the new forms, e.g., desktop.

File name:

  • Name the new file, e.g., New HO Forms.

Save as type:

Select Form Set.

Click Save.

This completes New Set of FSC Forms.

 

Continue to Edit or Add to an Existing Form Set.

Return to FSC Forms.

Return to Quote Management Facility.
