Quote Letters Template Editor

The Letter Template Editor allows the user to edit and create Quote Letter Templates.

It can be accessed by either clicking the Letter Template Editor option on the Main View:

Or it can be accessed in a quote from the Tool Menu on the Menu Bar:

Once you select the category of letters you want to edit (Auto Quote, Homeowner Quote or Marketing), you can specify the letter you want to copy or edit or create a brand new template.

Letter being edited:

· Click the Down Arrow Icon.

· Click on the letter you want to edit.

· Click Copy. Note: We recommend using the Copy button and making a copy of the template for editing purposes. That way you will always have the original template for reference.

The Copy Letter window appears.

· Enter the new name of the letter.

· Click OK.

· Edit your letter.

· Click OK.

 

· Continue to Quote Letter Insert Fields.

· Return to Letters.

· Return to Marketing Letters.
