Add
When you have files that you view regularly, you might find the (Bookmark) Add command helpful. You can use the command to create bookmarks that make it easy to keep track of files and open them in the future.
- Open the file for which you would like to create a bookmark.
- On the Bookmark menu, click Add.
- In the
Add Bookmark dialog box you can:
- Change the name of the bookmark by typing the new name in the Name box.
- Add the bookmark to an existing folder (create folders using the Organize command) or simply add the bookmark to the list. Click Create In so that you can see the folders, and then select the folder to which you would like to add the bookmark.
- Click OK to create the bookmark or Cancel to dismiss the dialog box without saving the changes.
- To open a file using a bookmark, select the name you assigned on either the list or in the folder (as in our example) where the bookmark was saved.
