Admin Mode on the Completed Items Tab

If you have been granted the appropriate workflow security permissions by your ImageRight system administrator, you can view tasks in the completed items list that were completed by other people. That is, you can view the names of the people that have access to a selected workflow and step and the tasks completed by those people. You will find the Admin Mode command helpful when you want to view tasks completed by a person in your

  1. Click the Completed Items tab if it is not already displayed.
  2. On the Workflow menu, click Admin Mode. When Admin Mode is selected, the icon will be highlighted (). The status bar will also reflect Admin Mode.
  3. Select the search criteria that you would like to use to retrieve a list of tasks. For more information about selecting the search criteria, see Completed Items List.
    1. Workflow
    2. Step
    3. User (name of the person, group, or role to which tasks are assigned)
    4. Date
    5. Days
  4. Click on the Task List toolbar or click Search on the Workflow menu to display the list of completed items.
  5. To dismiss Admin Mode, click the command again on the Workflow menu.
