Choosing the Letterhead

Once you have finalized the text in your fax message (see Preparing the Cover Page ), you can associate a letterhead with the message. The letterhead is the heading at the top of the message, usually consisting of a name and address, and is typically used for company correspondence.

  1. Click the Browse button next to the Letterhead box to open the Fax Letterheads dialog box.

  1. Select the letterhead name that you would like to use in the Available Letterheads list. The preview on the right side will help you ensure that you have selected the correct letterhead.
  2. Click OK to save your selection. Click to return without saving.
