Finalize Tab

Use the Finalize tab to apply executive electronic signatures to any forms that require them, review the final form documents, and complete the request.

The Finalize tab consists of the following sections:

• Signatures
• Complete

Signatures

The Signatures section contains a table that lists each document that is currently in the request. For each document in the table, the Document Status field indicates whether electronic signatures are required and, if so, the number that remain to be applied .

Action column controls include the following:

• : Click to open the Sign Document page, where you can affix an electronic signature to the document.

Complete

The Complete section of the Finalize tab contains a table that lists each request document that will be converted to image files for feeding into your company's back-office systems through the Transaction Image Web Service. For each request record in the table, the Action column offers the following controls:

• : Click to open a new browser window displaying a PDF-format version of the selected document. You can save, print, or attach the document to an email.

When you are ready, click the Complete Contract button to complete the request process. The request will be given a status of Processed. Producer Express will render all documents as image files and feeds them to your back-office systems.

The producer's information now will be maintainable in Producer Manager, the producer maintenance component of the Sircon Platform.
