Milestone History Dropdown Menu

With a request open, you can track its historical progress through the workflow process using the Milestone History Dropdown Menu. You also can print a hard copy of a request's milestone history that also includes error conditions and the reason why a stopped request was closed.

To open the Milestone History Dropdown Menu, click the Show All button to the left of the Status display.

Milestones denoted with dark green symbols indicate the milestones the request has attained through the course of the workflow.

To open the milestone history report in a separate window, click the Packet Status History Report link control. From there you can export the report to PDF, Excel, CSV, or XML file formats.
