Review Tab

Use the Review tab to view form documents belonging to the request and to attach external documents to it.

 

With Producer Express operating in AutoPilot mode, the Review tab of requests with AutoPilot processing errors will contain a description of the error and the Resolve Errors button. You can click the Resolve Errors button to open the contract packet, resolve errors, and resume AutoPilot processing. (For more information, see Handling Errors and Exceptions.) In some cases, AutoPilot processing cannot resume, and when you click the Resolve Errors button, the Disable AutoPilot tab will open. (For more information, see Disable AutoPilot Tab.).

The Document List table displays the names of all of the form documents that are included in the request. The Action column in the table offers the following controls:

  • : Click to open a new browser window displaying a PDF-format version of the selected form document. You can save, print, or attach the document to an email.
  • : Click to delete the document from the request.

File Upload

The File Upload section allows you to attach miscellaneous documents, such as license copies or additional forms, to the request. It contains the following fields and controls:

  • Attachment Type: Select from the dropdown menu the type of document you are attaching to the request. When upload is complete, the attachment type will display in the Document List table.
  • Document Path: Enter the directory path to the location on your system of the document you want to attach to the request. If you have used the browse functionality to locate the file, the directory path will display in this field.
  • Browse: Click to open the Choose File dialog box, allowing you to browse your system for the document you want to attach to the request. When you have located and set the file and exited the Choose File dialog box, the directory path to the file will appear in the Document Path field.
  • Upload File: Click to attach the file identified in the field to the request. Producer Express will accept files with .PDF, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, or .TIF file extensions.
