Opens the Move Files form, where you can identify the download files that need to be moved to the data center for processing. Use this option with Company Direct Download. More... |

Process Transactions |
Schedule download processing. Any items received, but not yet processed, are processed and your agency is notified when complete. For Online agencies, the Process Transactions runs overnight in the Data Center. For In-house agencies, the function runs immediately. Select this option after you assign customers and policies. Schedules the download file to be validated and moved to your agency database in the data center. Generally used for Company Direct Download. This process occurs automatically for IVANS and FTP download. More... |
