Customer Center

The Customer Center is used to manage customer accounts and generate quick reports.

You must first select a customer, either by searching for an existing customer, or entering a new customer. AMS360 remembers the last customers searched (up to 10) and displays them for you in a list. When you select an existing customer, that customer's information page appears, allowing you to view or take action specific to that customer. Select one of the links below for more information.

 

An Edit Customer button appears on the title bar at the far right of the customer name. The button allows you to quickly open the customer data entry page. It appears at all times, except when you already editing a customer.
