Renewal Management: My Expiring Policies View

Expiring policies are distributed from a Renewal List to the Home Center > My Expiring Policies view for assigned personnel.

 

You can customize your My Expiring Policies view so that it displays only the data relevant to your workflow by setting View Options. See Related Topics for more information.

These same policies also appear in the My Renewal Lists view, organized by list: you can work on your assigned expiring policies from whichever view you prefer.

An expiring policy appears on your My Expiring Policies view for one of the following reasons:

  • You have been assigned to the policy
  • You are designated as an Out of Office backup employee for another's expiring policies

Each row represents an expiring policy assigned to you. Each row includes active links to the Dec Page View, Policy, Customer Center, Submission Group, and  Re-Assign Expiring Policy forms.

Beginning with AMS360 Version 23R2, two new columns have been added to each view, where users can now see "Parent Company" and "Writing Company" information.
