Description

Revenue Drivers Now Includes Growth Points

The "Growth Points" tab in Revenue Drivers provides a snapshot of business changes. Users can quickly assess a business's financial data by seeing growth year over year, plus as a weighted growth year to total year.

Preferred Carrier Flagging Now Sorted to the Top

For tables in RiskMatch that depict the Preferred Carrier flag, green flags will indicate Preferred Broker Partners and yellow flags will indicate Preferred Agency Partners. Preferred Agency Partner flags are coming soon.

A new filter will sort Preferred Carriers to the top of the table for agencies that promote preferred carrier relationships.

Reach out to your Account Manager if you wish to set up Preferred Carriers within RiskMatch.

Analytics in Your Inbox

The premium field of Data Driven Renewals now shows "Max" and "Min" values on all reports.

Retention Prediction Informed Renewals presents filters in "All Renewals," "No Intermediary Renewals," and/or "Only Intermediary Renewals."

Cross Sell Products Bought / Not Bought

The Products Brought / Not Bought filter has returned to the list of Cross Sell selector criteria, since users were employing this filter to help with Errors and Omissions (E&O).

Products Bought / Not Bought in Standard Reports

In addition to the item noted above, users may now navigate to Standard Reports — located on the Inbox page — to run a specific Products Bought / Not Bought report.

Description

In Cross Sell, using the "Product Specific Focus" criteria selection sometimes produced suboptimal recommendations.

Previously, there were some situations where the machine-learning algorithm would incorrectly reference a generic data table. This issue is now resolved.

In Cross Sell, users could only use the "Show 10 Recommendations" option on small reports.

With this release, when running a Cross Sell report where there exists a client set of more than 1,000 clients — one that outputs data directly to an Excel report — there is now a checkbox where users can select up to 10 recommendations. Machine learning in Cross Sell is optimized to offer the greatest possibility of sales in the first four ranked recommendations.

In Cross Sell, the "Group Medical Product" recommendation was incorrect.

Products were sometimes being recommended when clients already had that product. This error has been corrected within the machine learning (ML) model.
