Add a ZIP Code

You can add a ZIP Code to the personalization file at any time. ZIP Codes are linked to cities and states so that when you type a ZIP Code, the correct city and state automatically pre-fill.

Rules for Adding a Zip Code

The following rules apply to adding a ZIP Code:

  1. You can attach each ZIP Code to only one city.

  2. You can add a four-digit extension to any ZIP Code.

To add a zip code

  1. From the Sagitta Home Page, select Other.

  2. Click Maintenance > Policy > Zip Codes Maintenance. The Zip Codes Maintenance page appears.

  3. In the Zip Code field, enter the ZIP code. The ZIP Code pre-fills to the Zip Print field.

  4. In the City Name field, enter the name of the city or town associated with the zip code.

  5. In the State field, type the two-letter state code associated with the city or town.

    The County field is not required. If you want to use it, type the name of the County.

  6. Click Save or press ALT+S to save the zip code.
