Edit My User Profile
Use the Edit My User Profile page to update your personal information and review the security settings in your AgencyEDGE user account and to change your password.
To open the Edit My User Profile page, in the AgencyEDGE page header click either your agency name or your user name. Then, from the dropdown menu, select Edit Profile.
The Edit My User Profile page contains the following sections:
Account Information
- Account ID: Required. Read only. Displays the system identifier of your company's subscription to AgencyEDGE.
- Login Name: Required. Read only. Displays your AgencyEDGE user name. The user name cannot be modified.
- Status: Required. Read only. Displays the status of your AgencyEDGE user account.
- Last Name: Required. Update your last name.
- First Name: Required. Update your first name.
- Middle Name: Update your middle name.
- Title: Update your business title.
- Phone Number: Required. Update your business phone number.
- Phone Extension: Update your business phone number extension.
- Fax Number: Update your business fax number.
- Email Address: Required. Update your business email address.
- Default Cost Center: Display only. Displays the name of the cost center currently configured as your default.
- User Cost Centers: Display only. Displays the quantity of all cost centers configured for your use.
- View/Edit (): Click to open the Cost Centers dialog box, where you can set a default cost center or change your current default cost center.
Permissions
Displays the services and transaction types available in AgencyEDGE and indicates those to which you have access through your AgencyEDGE user account.
- : Indicates that permissions for a corresponding service or transaction type are enabled in your user account.
- : Indicates that permissions for a corresponding service or transaction type are disabled in your user account.
Update Password
- Old Password: Enter your current, valid password.
- New Password: Enter a new password that complies with your organization's chosen password requirements. For more information, see Maintain Password Policy.
- Confirm New Password: Re-enter the password you entered in the New Password field.
Page Controls
- Save: Click to save the updated user information to the system. If all required information was entered and all information is valid, the Edit My User Profile page will update and display a message confirming the change.
- Cancel: Click to open the Administration page.
If you believe that you should have the rights to access a particular service or transaction type that is not listed as enabled in the Permissions section, contact your company's AgencyEDGE system administrator. |
Password strength requirements in your company's instance of AgencyEDGE are displayed to the right of the Update Password section. The system will not accept an updated password that does not comply with the requirements. For more information, see Maintain Password Policy. |
