Configure Renewal Reminders

Use the Configure Renewal Reminders page to set up the lead-time interval for and the recipients of automated email notifications that your agency's state licenses are due for renewal.

To open the Configure Renewal Reminders page, in the AgencyEDGE navigation bar, click the My Network link. The My Network page will open. Then, in the License Tracking group, click the Configure Renewal Reminders link.

Agency License Renewal Reminders

Unless you have upgraded your agency's AgencyEDGE subscription to the premium level, the Configure Renewal Reminders link on the My Network List page will display a lock icon and will not be available. To use the service, upgrade your agency's subscription. For more information, see Change Subscription Level.

License renewal reminders for agents in your agency's network by default are sent 60 days prior to the license expiration date. The interval cannot be configured.
