Configure Renewal Reminders
Use the Configure Renewal Reminders page to set up the lead-time interval for and the recipients of automated email notifications that your agency's state licenses are due for renewal.
To open the Configure Renewal Reminders page, in the AgencyEDGE navigation bar, click the My Network link. The My Network page will open. Then, in the License Tracking group, click the Configure Renewal Reminders link.
The Configure Renewal Reminder page contains the following sections:
Agency License Renewal Reminders
- Send license renewal reminders: From the dropdown menu, select the interval in advance of the expiration date of your agency's state licenses to trigger the system to send automated email notifications for license renewals. Choose one of the following:
- 90 Days Prior to Expiration: Select to trigger the system to send email 90 days before the expiration date of any your agency's active licenses.
- 60 Days Prior to Expiration: Default. Select to trigger the system to send email 60 days before the expiration date of any your agency's active licenses.
- 30 Days Prior to Expiration: Select to trigger the system to send email 30 days before the expiration date of any your agency's active licenses.
- Do Not Send Reminders: Select to turn off automated email notifications for license renewals.
- Send reminder emails to: Not available if Do Not Send Reminders is selected from the Send license renewal reminders dropdown menu. From the dropdown menu, select a recipient or group of recipients whom will receive automated email notifications for license renewals. Choose one of the following:
- Administrative Users With Access to Renewals: Default. Select to send email to all users with the Administration and License Renewals checkboxes checkmarked in the Permissions section of the Edit User page.
- All Users With Access to Renewals: Select to send email to all users with the License Renewals checkbox checkmarked in the Permissions section of the Edit User page.
- A Specific List of Users: Select to display the Select Users control, where you can select one or multiple system users to whom to send email.
- Select Users: Available only if A Specific List of Users is selected from the Send reminder emails to dropdown menu. Click to display the Last Name and First Name and Email Address of all system users. (For more information, see Edit User.) Use the following controls:
- : Click to checkmark to select a specific user to whom to send email.
- All: Click to select all users to whom to send email.
- Clear All: Click to de-select all selected users.
- Save: Click to commit all changes. A confirmation message will display at the top of the page: "Update Successful!"
Unless you have upgraded your agency's AgencyEDGE subscription to the premium level, the Configure Renewal Reminders link on the My Network List page will display a lock icon and will not be available. License renewal reminders for agents in your agency's network by default are sent 60 days prior to the license expiration date. The interval cannot be configured. |
