Subscription Levels

Use the Subscription Levels page to upgrade your agency's account to a premium subscription for a monthly fee. If you already have a premium subscription, you also can downgrade to a basic account.

To open the Subscription Levels page, use one of the following methods:

The Subscription Levels page offers the following services:

Upgrade Your Agency's Subscription From Basic to Premium

  1. In the Premium section of the Subscription Levels page, click the Upgrade To Premium button. The Upgrade Subscription page will open, displaying the following sections:
    • Your Agency Record: Displays your agency's basic information as obtained from the national Producer Database (PDB), including your agency's name, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), National Producer Number (NPN), and states in which your agency holds active licenses.
    • Subscription Fees: Displays information about the premium-level subscription fee and connected agents fees.
    • License Renewal Reminders: Displays information about automatic license renewal notifications, available with a premium subscription. Includes an option to trigger automatic license renewal notifications sent at a default time interval to a default group of recipients. (For more information about license renewal notifications, see Configure Renewal Reminders.)
  1. To proceed, click the Upgrade Now button. The Upgrade Subscription page will refresh, and the following message will display: "Congratulations, your account has been upgraded to premium."

Downgrade Your Agency's Subscription From Premium to Basic

  1. In the Basic section of the Subscription Levels page, click the Revert to Basic button. The page will refresh and display a list of premium services that will no longer be available with a basic subscription. It will also display the following message: "Note: Your premium subscription was created on [Date of your agency's premium subscription]. A prorated fee for this subscription period will be included in your next invoice."
  2. Click the Change to Basic button to proceed

OR

Click the Cancel link to cancel the downgrade and preserve your agency's premium subscription.

The fee for each pro-rated period of premium subscription service in the current month will be applied to the following AgencyEDGE monthly invoice. For example, if your agency enjoyed premium subscription services for 17 days of a 31-day month, the invoice will reflect the regular monthly premium subscription fee pro-rated over 17 days.

When attempting to upgrade your agency's account to premium, the system searches for state information on the national PDB using the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) that was entered during initial signup. If the system cannot match the FEIN with an entry on the PDB, the following message may display: "The FEIN we have on file for your agency could be incorrect. To fix this, please Contact Us immediately." Note that if your agency recently has applied for its first license, it may not yet have been reported to the PDB. AgencyEDGE will continue to check for your agency's license information for the duration of your agency's premium subscription. Also, if your agency's license type(s) in a state are uncommon, they may not be listed on the PDB. You still may proceed with upgrading; AgencyEDGE will continue to check for license updates for the duration of your agency's premium subscription.
