Letter of Certification Activity

Use the Letter of Certification Activity service to check the status of a letter of certification request.

Use the following steps:

Getting Started

  1. In the AgencyEDGE navigation bar, click the Administration link. The Administration page will open.
  2. In the Transaction Activity Inquiries group, click the Letter of Certification Activity link. The Letter of Certification Activity page will open.

Enter Search Criteria

  1. Required. Enter date range spanning no more than 60 days is required. Use the mm-dd-yyyy or mmddyyyy date format to enter a date range in which to search. Or, click the Calendar button () to open a popup calendar from which you can click to select a date.
  2. If desired, you may narrow the inquiry to include only letter of certification requests that include certain filter criteria. Select filter criteria from the following optional dropdown menu fields:
    • State: State from which a letter of certification was requested
  1. From the Sort dropdown menu, select a method for grouping results and sorting results within each group. Choose one of the following methods:
    • Group by state, and then sort by request date and then by agent name (default)
    • Group by firm name, and then sort agent name and then by request date
  1. Click the Submit button to perform the lookup.

View Results

  1. Review the result page(s).
  2. If desired, to print the inquiry result pages, click the Print button () or press Ctrl + P on your computer keyboard. Choose landscape printing orientation.
  3. Click the Revise Inquiry button to return to the Letter of Certification Activity selection criteria page, where you can update selection criteria and resubmit the lookup.
  4. When you are finished, click the Administration link in the navigation bar or the breadcrumbs to exit.
