Using the Certificate of Insurance command, you can issue an Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development (ACORD) certificate of insurance (COI) on behalf of the insured or the agent.

- On the
Policy menu, point to Misc, and then click Certificate of Insurance.
Alternatively, you can click the Policy Data tab, click the Certificates tab, and then click Add Cert.
- In the New Certificate dialog box, select the appropriate certificate.
- Click OK to edit the certificate in ACORD Form Editor or click Cancel to abandon the process and close New Certificate.
