Invoices
On the Invoices tab, you can view and manage invoices for the selected policy. The Invoices tab is available on both the Policy Data and Accounting tabs.
Invoices appear in the grid. You can filter the invoices shown in the grid by selecting one of the options in the Invoice Filter pane:
- Select an invoice.
- Right-click in the grid to see the menu.
- Select
one of the following commands to manage the selected invoice.
- Post – post the invoice
- Hold – place the invoice on hold
- Reverse – reverse the invoice Invoice Screen
- Edit Allocations – edit the payment allocations of invoices split into installments
- View – view the invoice
- Cancel – cancel the invoice
- Reinstate – reinstate a cancelled invoice
- Suppress Invoice – remove the invoice from the batch print process in the Process Manager module
- Print Invoice – print the invoice
- Print Affidavit – print the affidavit, if applicable
- Print Installment Schedule – print the installment schedule, if applicable
- Change Due Dates – change invoice due dates
- Installments – edit installments, if applicable
- Update Invoice Coding – edit the account executive, team, and the report date
- Edit Bordereaux Data – edit data used for Bordereaux reporting, if applicable
