Invoices

On the Invoices tab, you can view and manage invoices for the selected policy. The Invoices tab is available on both the Policy Data and Accounting tabs.

Invoices appear in the grid. You can filter the invoices shown in the grid by selecting one of the options in the Invoice Filter pane:

  1. Select an invoice.
  2. Right-click in the grid to see the menu.
  3. Select one of the following commands to manage the selected invoice.
    1. Post – post the invoice
    2. Hold – place the invoice on hold
    3. Reverse – reverse the invoice Invoice Screen
    4. Edit Allocations – edit the payment allocations of invoices split into installments
    5. View – view the invoice
    6. Cancel – cancel the invoice
    7. Reinstate – reinstate a cancelled invoice
    8. Suppress Invoice – remove the invoice from the batch print process in the Process Manager module
    9. Print Invoice – print the invoice
    10. Print Affidavit – print the affidavit, if applicable
    11. Print Installment Schedule – print the installment schedule, if applicable
    12. Change Due Dates – change invoice due dates
    13. Installments – edit installments, if applicable
    14. Update Invoice Coding – edit the account executive, team, and the report date
    15. Edit Bordereaux Data – edit data used for Bordereaux reporting, if applicable
