Rolodex

Using the Rolodex command, you can open a personal version of the AIM Phone Book. The personal phone book controls and appearance are virtually identical to the AIM Phone Book.

1. On the Tools menu, click Rolodex to open the personal phone book.
2. To switch between the personal phone book and the agency phone book, make the appropriate selection from the File menu.
   You can easily identify which phone book you are using by looking to the right of the search boxes on the Listing tab.
