Using the Phone Book command, you can add contact information to the system that can be viewed in AIM. Contact information includes phone numbers, fax numbers, addresses, company names, status, types, etc.
- On the Tools menu, click Phone Book.
You can also click the PhoneBk button on the speed bar or press F4.
- Notice that the menu options have changed to provide you with menus that work specifically with the phone book, as explained later.
