Compare Policies/Submissions
The Compare Policies/Submissions feature allows you to view the differences between two policies or submissions, or two policy transactions.
Access the Compare Policies/ Submission data entry form in the following ways:

Selecting Compare Policies From the Action menu in the Customer Center.

Clicking the Comparebutton on the Policy tab in the Customer Center.

Selecting Compare Policies From the File menu in the PolicyorSubmission data entry form.
The Policy Change Request form in eForms Manager also allows you to compare two policy terms and insert the changes into the memo. It does not, however, use the Compare Policies/Submissions data entry form.

Policy
|
From the list, select the latest policy/submission transaction to use for comparison.
|
Eff. Date
|
Choose the effective date of the policy/submission that you want to use for comparison.
|
Display entire policy
|
Use this check box to display all mapped policy/submission data as of the selected transaction date.
Checking this option causes the To Policy and Eff. Date fields to become unavailable.

Policy
|
This is the To Policy. Select the previous policy/submission transaction that you want to use for comparison.
|
Eff. Date
|
This is the To Effective Date. Choose the effective date of the policy/submission that you want to compare to the previously selected policy.
|
View Differences
|
Click to display the differences between the selected policies/submissions.
|
Clear
|
Use to clear the selections you've made from the lists of policies/submissions and effective dates.
|
|
(Display Area)
|
The differences between the selected policies/submissions appear in this area.
