Create BenefitPoint Files

The Create BenefitPoint Files feature exports Customer and Policy data out of AMS360 so it can be imported into BenefitPoint. Thise Direct Bill Commission Integration between AM360 and BenefitPoint is advantageous to your agency in the following areas:

    ClosedAccessing Create BenefitPoint Files

From any Center or data entry form that has a Toolbox menu, click Toolbox > System Administration > Utilities > Create BenefitPointFiles.

The Create BenefitPoint Files data entry form appears.

The form shows your existing Target Lists. Select your lists from the Include column.

Create your specific Customer and Policy lists using the AMS360Target List feature.

The target lists appear in ascending order by Name. To re-sort the lists using the information in any column, click the column header.

Name

The name given the list when it was created.

Date

The date the list was created.

Author

The person who created the list.

Description

The description entered when the list was created.

# of Customers

The number of customers that met the criteria when the query was run and the list was saved.

# of Policies

The number of policies that met the criteria when the query was run and the list was saved.

# of Lines of Business

The number of lines of business that met the criteria when the query was run and the list was saved.

# of Dependents/Drivers

The number of dependents or drivers that met the criteria when the query was run and the list was saved.

Record Count

The number of rows generated by your query.

If your target list includes policy criteria, the rows represent policies that match the criteria.

Create CSV Files

One of two messages appears:

Location of saved files is listed in message.

Close

Closes data entry form.

Exported files do not have any Customer, Business Unit or Service Group Security applied.  If you have rights to access Create BenefitPoint Files, you have complete access to creating .csv files for all customers/policies in the selected target list(s).
