State Specific Company Information

Use this feature to set up State Specific Company Information to collect DMV Insurance Company Numbers as well as a Medical Notification Name & Address by Carrier and State. This information defaults to the eForms Manager > Auto Id Card, mapping to the Auto Id Card.

    ClosedAccessing State Specific Company Information

    ClosedToolbox Menu

To access State Specific Company Information, pull down the Toolbox menu anywhere it is available, and choose System Administration > Customer/Policy Setups > State Specific Co. Requirements.

    ClosedCompany Setup

From Company Setup > Name select the link State Specific Co. Requirements.

This is a secured menu item. Requires Full Access to Link-New Company for the Company Search feature.

This grid contains a column for Assigned States and # of Parent/Writing Company Entries.

Assigned States

Double click (or right click > Edit) a State row to access the Company Information grid. See below.

# of Parent/Writing Company Entries

  • If accessed from Toolbox menu;

    Shows # of records for all Parent/Writing Entries for the State

  • If accessed from Company Setup;

    Shows # of records for Parent/Writing Entries for selected Parent.

Company Information

Click Edit add/verify data for selected row.

Parent and Writing Company cannot be edited.

Checkbox

Check indicates data exists in the following data entry columns. Clearing the checkmark in  a row will delete selected information upon Save.

No changes are made to your database if you close the State Specific Information form without saving changes.
