The Copy Employee/Broker Commissions form allows you to use commission parameters from an existing employee/broker as a template to create commission defaults for another employee/broker.
A ccessing Copy Employee Commissions
To access the Copy Employee Commission form, do the following:
Go to the Employee Center and open the employee you want to copy to.
Click Edit Employee. The Employee Setup form appears.
Open the Commission Setup section and click Copy Commissions. The Copy Employee Commission form appears.
To access the Copy Employee Commission form, do the following:
Go to the Employee Center and open the employee you want to copy to.
Click Edit Employee. The Employee Setup form appears.
Open the Commission Setup section and click Copy Commissions. The Copy Employee Commission form appears.
To access the Copy Broker Commission form, do the following:
Go to the Broker Center and open the broker you want to copy to.
Click Edit Broker. The Broker Setup form appears.
Open the Commission Setup section and click Copy Commissions. The Copy Broker Commission form appears.
Accessing Copy Broker Commissions
To access the Copy Broker Commission form, do the following:
Go to the Broker Center and open the broker you want to copy to.
Click Edit Broker. The Broker Setup form appears.
Open the Commission Setup section and click Copy Commissions. The Copy Broker Commission form appears.

Employee/Broker |
Select the employee/broker from the list you want to copy commissions from. When an employee/broker is selected to copy from, commission records for that employee/broker default into the grid with the Check column defaulted as checked. Only active employees/brokers display in the list and the display results are subject to business unit security restrictions. |

New Effective Date |
Enter the date the commission rates are to be effective. The current system date defaults, but can be changed. The system compares the Policy Effective Date to the New Effective Date entered here. Only commission rates for the most recent effective date are applied. |

Check All |
Puts a checkmark in the Check column for all grid rows. Use this button to recheck all rows if the Uncheck All button is clicked in error. Then uncheck any rows that are not required for the destination employee. |

Uncheck All |
Removes the checkmark in the Check column for all grid rows. |

Grid Elements |
The only grid column available for editing is the Check column. All other columns are display only.

Copy Commission Button |
Click this button to complete the copy commission action. The Copy Employee/Broker Commission form closes, and focus is returned to the Employee Setup or Broker Setup form with the copied commission rows displayed. |

Click this button to cancel the copy commission action, close the form, and return to the Employee Setup or Broker Setup form. |
