You can access the Map Center from the Sales Center, in two different ways.

• Click the MapPoint© icon in the Target List view.

• After creating the Target List, click the Map Location link in the Query Information section.

Both methods open the Map Center where the first 100 target list participants with a valid street address (a Latitude and Longitude exist in the Customer record), are represented by a push pin on the map.

To access a map and driving directions for a single participant, do one of the following:

• Using the mouse, point to a push pin. The participant name and address display. Click the push pin to display the map and driving directions.

• In the grid, click the MapPoint© icon next to the desired participant. The map and driving directions display.

To access the Map Center from the Customer Center, click the Show Map of this Location link or the MapPoint© icon that appears under the Notation information. The Map Center displays a map of the customer's address.

The Map Center displays the first 100 locations (push pins) for participants in the target list. You can view the entire list of participants in the grid below the map. Use Next and Previous or the page numbers to view additional names.

The underlined names in the list are participants whose locations appear in the map, if a valid street address and Latitude and Longitude exist in the Customer record. Click the name to open the Customer Center with that customer displaying.

When the Map Center appears you can:

• Zoom in and out.

• Change the size of the map.

• Move your mouse pointer over a push pin (location) on the map and that specific participant's name and address appears.

• View additional customer details (i.e. phone numbers) for a participant by clicking that customer's name in the participant list below the map.

• Click a push pin to see the map for that specific participant.

• Print driving directions from your agency to a specific participant's location.

When the Map Center appears you can:

• Zoom in and out.

• Change the size of the map.

• Print driving directions from your agency to the customer's location by clicking the Directions link at the bottom right of the map.
