Task Menu on the Completed Items Tab

After you complete a search to display a list of completed tasks as explained in Completed Items List, you can use the commands on the Task menu. You can open the file related to a topic or display the history of a task on the Task History tab (see Task History List).

• With a list of tasks displayed on the Completed Items tab, select a task in the list, and then click one of the following commands:
  • Open File – Opens the file related to the selected task.
  • Task Note – Opens the Task Notes dialog box.
  • History – Opens the Task History tab with the history of the selected task displayed.

As an alternative, you can right-click the selected task and click a command on the menu.
