Administration

Use the Express ServicesAdministration page to perform a variety of administrative tasks that are applicable to the entire PLM suite (Producer Manager, Producer Express, and Compliance Express).

To open the Administration page, from the Express Services menu select Administration.

Utilities available from the Administration menu include the following:

• Maintain User Profile: View or change your Compliance Express user profile, including your password.

• Maintain Subscriber Representative: View or change other representatives’ profiles as well as delete existing representatives or add new representatives.

• Maintain Producer Access/Passwords: View or update security information used by non-subscribers of Compliance Express to submit a license application for review and approval by a Compliance Express subscriber representative.

• Download Detailed Invoice: Obtain your Vertafore invoice for the most recently-concluded billing period, as well as prior invoices. Available only to users with supervisory or administrative security roles.

• Download Billing File: Obtain a spreadsheet listing itemized charges for all billable transactions incurred using PLM or Compliance Express during the most recently-concluded month.

• Customize Service Configuration: Compliance Express subscribers can tailor Compliance Express to match their own work process. Utilities include subscriber-specific appointment types and license application routing.

• Maintain Password Parameters: Set parameters on user passwords so that they comply with your organization's security requirements.

• Producer Manager Message Center: You can set up the system to send you (or another email recipient) an email notification once a state issues a response to an appointment/termination request or license application. Generated paper forms can also be received as an attachment to the generated email.

• Maintain Subscriber Cost Center: View or update cost center information used by subscribers of Compliance Express to assign costs to various departments. This option is available only to subscriber representatives authorized to perform this service.

To exit the Administration page and open the Producer Manager Home Page, click the Return to Producer Manager link.

Note: The options available on theAdministrationpage depend on the configuration of your company's deployment of Producer Manager and on the permissions that are enabled in your user security role. For more information, see Configuration Options and Maintain Security Role.

Note: To access online help on any of the utilities available on the Administration page, click the Help link in the page footer.

Note: Changes to password requirements made using the Maintain Password Parameters utility will apply globally to all PLM component applications (i.e., Producer Manager, Producer Express, and Compliance Express).

Note: Customize Service Configuration utilities do not affect Producer Manager. Vertafore recommends that you disable user security permissions in Producer Manager for Customize Service Configuration. For more information, see Maintain Security Role.
