All Quick Reports

The following Quick Reports are available from the Broker Center sidebar.

For some quick reports, a selection form is displayed so you can define selection parameters for the report. Other quick reports run immediately (no selection window) and preview in the Report Viewer. Print the report from the viewer by clicking the printer icon.

List of commissions by employee as defined in setup. More...

 

Broker List

List of brokers with basic employment data. Use this report as a reference list for the agency staff, or print it once a year and verify the broker's data on file with your agency. More...

Notes entered by your agency for the specific broker.

 

Scheduled Report Recipients

Identifies the Scheduled Reports you are receiving, and those reports for which you are the Primary or Backup Approver.

Suspense

List of suspended items for the selected broker. Management can use this report to verify that items are being suspended properly, and that they are being cleared in a timely manner. More...

Accounting

 

Accounts Receivable Activity

Shows all financial activity for a Broker based on the date range selected.

  • Provides a means of quickly accessing invoice-level detail for broker policies.

  • Provides a good historical billing record to help locate billing errors, such as incorrect commission or misapplied payments,

 

Aged Accounts Receivable

Provides a collection tool that shows the amounts due your agency from the broker, by age of the invoice. More...

 

Broker 1099

Assists your agency in identifying general ledger expenses that may be subject to filing of Form 1099 with the IRS. More...

 

Commission Payable Statement

Shows commission amounts due to brokers.  More...

 

Producer/Broker

Lists information by employee or broker including the following:

Posted Customer Center, Direct Bill Commission Statement or Direct Bill Entry billings for the selected date range.

General ledger reconciliation amounts that identify what portion of the commissions payable for the employee/broker posted to the general ledger and what amounts are recorded as memo commissions.

Non-billing transactions, such as checks, receipts, journal entries, Employee Draw and Expense & Reimbursements amounts, that result in the calculated ending commissions payable balance.
