Report: Custom Broker Report
Use the Custom Broker Report to return broker-only data for aged accounts receivable, cancellations, or expired policies.
The Cancellation and Expiration/Renewal versions of the Custom Broker Report share similarities with their standard report counterparts. However, unlike the standard Cancellation and Expiration/Renewal reports, these custom reports return broker-only totals, and easily narrow results to Broker customers.
The Aged Accounts Receivable version of the Custom Broker Report shares similarities with the standard Broker Aged Accounts Receivable Report. However, unlike this report, the custom report allows multiple grouping options including Customer, Executive, and Company; it also returns information by customer rather than by invoice, constraining data to a single row per entry.
The Custom Broker Report is an "add-on" custom report: it is accessible only if you have purchased the custom license. For more information, please contact your agency’s account manager.
These reports are accessible from the 360 Toolbox or any form with a Toolbox menu. Selecting Toolbox > Reports takes you to the Reports - All list, where you can make your selection.
Click Custom Broker Report. This opens the Broker Reports selection form. Make your selections, and select one of the following from the File menu:
- Print Preview
- Create CSV (to export the report to the program of your choice).
- Preview Cover Page
This report is also accessible from the Broker Center > Quick Reports menu. |

To run a Custom Broker report, you must first select the Report Type from the options listed below:

Business Units available depend on which business units you have setup for your agency (division, branch, department, and/or group). |

Aged Accounts Receivable

The default date that appears in this field is the current date. If you need to change the date, you can enter it or select it from the date picker. |
Enter Custom Aging Category |
Check this box if you would like to narrow your results to include only those records within a specific range of days past due. If you check the box, you can then enter the range, from the least (From) to the greatest (To) number of days past due. |

Select the Bill Method option: Agency Bill, Direct Bill, or Both. |
Renewal List Flag |
Check the box Include Excluded Policies to include in your results those policies with a Policy Renewal List status of Do not include. |
