Activity
In the Bank, Broker, Company, Employee or Vendor Center, search for and select a specific entity (name) appropriate for the center. Select Views > Activity from the sidebar menu.

The Activity view displays all activity items for the selected bank, broker, company, employee or vendor.
Use View Options to choose criteria to refine or filter the information appearing in the view. For general information about using View Options, see Setting View Options.
Key View Options
Action | Filter the list to view only activities with the selected Action. Actions are defined by the system administrator in Activity/Suspense Setup. |
Group Type Group Name | Use the Group Type and Name options to view only activities assigned to a specific group. Select a Group Type first, which filters the Group Name list to the Type selected. For more information on Group Types, see System Administration > List Setup. |
Group Search | Enter criteria to view activities with Group Type or Group Name matching the criteria. AMS360 displays all activities with a Group Type or Group Name containing the characters you enter. For example, your agency might have a Group Type Claims with group names including Personal Auto, Business Auto, and Business Owners. If you search for "personal", only activities with the group name Personal Auto are shown in the list. If you search for "business", activities associated with either Business Auto or Business Owners are shown. |
Include Only Activities With Attachments | Select this box to display only those activities that have attachments. |
Max # of Records Returned | Enter the maximum number of records to be displayed in a single page of the list. By default, AMS360 displays the first 100 records unless you enter a higher maximum number in this field. |
To see the data that meets your selection criteria, click Apply View.
Key Fields
Paper Clip | If an Activity has an attachment, a paper clip is shown in the first column of the appropriate row. |
Date | Click the Date link to open the Activity form where you can view the detail information. |
Action | The action taken on the activity (e.g., Appointment, Fax, Mail In/Out). |
Group | If the activity has been assigned to a group, the group name appears. Click the Group link to view the list of all activities associated to that group. More... |
By default, views and lists are limited to 100 items per page. In some Views you can choose to see more items, do any of the following, if available:

Would you like to...
Click New Activity and complete the fields on the Activity data entry form. More...
On the Quick Reports menu, select Activity List. More...
Click Activity Grouping and change the group assignment on the ViewActivity data entry form. If necessary, you can create a new group. More...
On the toolbar, click Export All. All items on all pages of the list are exported to Excel.
The export process retrieves the information from the database. If items have been added or changed since you refreshed the view, some information in the export file could be different from what you see in the grid. |
