Report: Transaction
The Transaction report gives you the tool to review specific transactions for specific policies, or to see a list of policies with a specific transaction. For example, all policies with a transaction of New Business for a specific date.
Although it appears that this report can be used to forecast expected agency and producer commissions because it includes billed premium, the Production Analysis report is a better choice for that type of information.
You can use the Transaction report to review policy retention. Run an Expiration/Renewal report for a specific time period to show the number of policies that need to be renewed. Then run the Transaction report for the same time period to see the actual policies that have been renewed.

- On the 360Toolbox menu, click Classic Reports to open Reports - All where you can make your selection.
- Click Transaction Report. The Report - Transaction form opens.

Customer Name |

The sum of all premiums by line of business plus non-premium fees and taxes for the transaction. This total does not include financed non-premium rows or down payments. It also excludes rows where "Do not include in premium totals" is marked. |

The sum of all transaction premiums that meet the report selection criteria. If the Sort Order is company, broker, customer, executive, or representative, this total only includes the premiums for the specific sort entity. Total Tran Billed Premium |
The sum of Customer Center and Direct Bill Statement transaction premiums that are billed and meet the report selection criteria. If the Sort Order is company, broker, customer, executive, or representative, this total only includes the premiums for the specific sort entity. Example If Executive is selected ,the Total Tran Billed Premium is the sum of all premiums for that executive. |

Total Clients |
The total number of customers that meet the report selection criteria. If the Sort Order is company, broker, executive, or representative, this total only includes the number of customers for the specific sort entity. Example If Representative is selected, the Total Clients is the sum of all customers for that representative. This column is not available if the report is sorted by Customer. |

Total Policies |
The total number of policies that meet the report selection criteria. If the Sort Order is company, broker, customer, executive or representative, this total only includes the number of policies for the specific sort entity. Example If Customer is selected, the Total Policies are the sum of all policies for that customer. |

The total number of transactions that meet the report selection criteria.
