Setup ODBC DSN for Crystal Reports

This guide is intended for use by customers running Crystal Reports that use the ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) driver to connect to the SQL database. Following the installation or upgrade to version 6.4.0 or later of Agency Information Manager (AIM), you may find that you need to update your environment in order to connect properly to the SQL database. The version of Crystal Reports included in AIM version 6.4.0 and later provides support for Systems, Applications, and Processing (SAP) Crystal Reports and changes the way the ODBC driver connection is used. This requires that an ODBC data source name (DSN) be created to run reports using an ODBC driver.
