Queue License Applications by State

Use the Queue License Applications by State page to set up "subscriber review" of license applications submitted by outside agents. This workflow configuration helps staff organize and distribute license application work queues and also works with Message Center to alert staff of state actions and responses on pending license applications.

To use the Queue License Applications by State service, click the Administration link. The Administration page will open. Then, in the License Application Management group, click the License Application Queing link.

In AgencyEDGE, the Queue License Applications by State page is available only through Vertafore configuration. Please contact your Vertafore representative at 1-877-876-4430.

When using the License Application Queing service, if a state dropdown menu is set to null (no name displaying), license applications to that state are placed in an "unassigned" queue. Any existing license applications pending review that are in the "unassigned" queue will be assigned to the selected staff member upon the successful completion of this process.

Subscriber review configuration using the License Application Queing service is available only for license applications for which your company is responsible for all fees (i.e, state, Sircon, and other related fees).
