View Sub-customer Premiums

Use the View Sub-Customer Premiums link to view the sub-customer premium allocations for a multiple entity policy. See Workflow: Enter a Multiple Entity Customer and Policy and Workflow: Bill Multiple Entities and Track Receivables for more information.

    ClosedAccessing View Sub-customer Premiums

Click View Sub-customer Premiums from one of the following locations in the Policy data entry form:

 

    ClosedView Sub-customer Premiums Form

This form shows premiums for all of the sub-customers associated with the master customer. It is view only. Use the Split Premiums form to establish premium splits among sub-customers.

Sub-customers by Transaction

Select a Sub-customers by Transaction sort option to change the sort order of the display.

Use the node in primary grid rows to toggle grid lines from a collapsed to an expanded state or visa versa.

Sort by Line of Business/Plan/Company

Sorts first by the policy Line of Business (LOB), then by any Plan that exists on the policy and then by the Insurance/Brokerage company on the policy.

Sort By Sub-customer and Display Line of Business/Plan/Company

Primary sort is by Sub-customer. The secondary sort is by policy Line of Business (LOB), then by any Plan that exists on the policy, and then by Insurance/Brokerage company on the policy.

These rows can be collapsed to display the information as it is presented in the Sort By Sub-customer and Display Only Sub-Customersoption.

Sort By Sub-customer and Display Only Sub-Customers

Sorts by sub-customer only, by giving the premium and billed premium for each sub-customer in one row.

These rows can be expanded to display all of the information included in the Sort By Sub-customer and Display Line of Business/Plan/Companyoption.
