Activity Log Aging Report
The Activity Log Aging Report enables you to review the number of Open Activity Log records for an "Assigned to" user by number of days open within the following ranges: 0-2 days, 3-7 days, 8-14 days, 15-21 days, 22-29 days, and 30+ days.
Accessing the Report

How to Access
- From the main BenefitPoint window, click Business Intelligence in the top navigation menu. The Business Intelligence window opens.
- Select the Operational tab.
- In the hierarchy on the left, expand the Activity Reports.
- Select Activity Log Aging Report from the list: the pane on the right expands to display the selection parameters.
- Choose the selection criteria for your report and click Run Report.
- Once you have run the report, select a format for the report (such as Excel, or PDF) and click the link to view the report.
Selection Parameters
Selection parameters enable you to select (or filter) the data that is included in the report results. For example, if you select the Account Type "Prospect" then only data for prospect accounts is included on the report.

Office(s) * |
Select the office(s) you want to include on the report and click the arrows to move selected offices between the Available and Selected lists. Only offices you have permission to access are shown. You can use the double-arrow to move all offices. |

Created Date From/To * |
Use this parameter to include activity log records having a Created Date equal to or greater than the From date, and less than or equal to the To date.

Account Status |
Use this parameter to specify the status of accounts to include on the report: Active or Inactive. |

Account Type |
Select one or more Account Types to filter the accounts that appear on the report: Client, Prospect, Informational, Other, or Marketing Group. If you select both Marketing Group and Client, the Marketing Group parent appears, along with any associated accounts. If you select only Client, client accounts appear without the associated Marketing Group. |

Accounts |
Select one or more accounts to include on the report. The selections available depend on the Office, Account Status, and Account Type selected above. |

Assigned To |
Select one or more users to filter accounts by the user assigned to the main activity record. |

Record Type |
Select one or more activity log record types: N/A, Inquiry, Concern, Project, Request. |

Inquirer Type |
Select the type of inquirer: Broker/Consultant, Carrier, Dependent, Employee, Employer, Other, Plan Administrator, Provider. |

Subject |
Select one or more subjects (created by your firm) to include on the report. |

Save Report Parameters |
If you run this report with this set of parameter selections frequently, enter a title to save the set of parameters you just entered. You can run the report again at any time by selecting the saved parameter set on the My Reports tab. |

To save the report with the results, so that you can easily view the report again later, enter a title and click Save. You can view the report again at any time by selecting the report on the My Reports tab. |
