Favorites
When you have content (documents, e-mail, photos, etc.) that you would like to add to ImageRight, you can use a favorite to do so easily. Typically, a favorite is a defined shortcut that applies filing options (drawer, folder, document type, etc.) to content that you are adding to ImageRight. There are three types of favorites that you can use.
- The generic favorite has no predefined filing options. When you use this favorite, you can select the needed filing options each time you use the favorite.
- Global favorites are predefined and configured in ImageRight Enterprise Management Console using templates. These favorites are available to everyone who uses Outlook Interface that has been granted the appropriate security permissions. When you use the favorite, the predefined filing requirements will be applied automatically.
- Personal favorites are the favorites that you create for your use only to keep track of filing options that you use frequently. No one else can use the personal favorites that you create.
