Distributor Hierarchy Tab

When AutoPilot processing fails because the system could not find a record of the parent distributor identified in the request, use the Distributor Hierarchy tab to resume AutoPilot and either ignore the error or try again to find the distributor hierarchy.

The Distributor Hierarchy tab is available only in a request with a status of Error because of a Distributor Hierarchy error type.

Fields and controls on the Distributor Hierarchy tab include the following:

• Back: Click to open the Review tab, which contains a description of the AutoPilot processing error.
• Skip this Check: Click to ignore the distributor hierarchy error and open the Finish tab to resume AutoPilot processing.
• Retry and Continue: Click to open the Finish tab to resume AutoPilot processing, if you believe that the system will now be able to locate the parent distributor record.
