Notifications
If you have system administrator permissions, use the Notifications page to configure the system to send notification email at chosen intervals to a defined set of producers and/or staff members and to enable or disable scheduled notifications for a selected notification type.
To open the Notifications page, from the Administration menu select Notifications.
Fields and controls include the following:

Type: Displays the name of types of notifications available to configure.

Status: For each notification type listed, displays Enabled if it is currently operational; displays Disabled if it is currently not operational.

Active Schedules: For each notification type listed, displays Yes if at least one scheduled notification is configured; displays No if no scheduled notifications are configured.

Actions: For each notification type listed, offers the following controls:

Edit (
): Click to open the Notification Configuration page, where you can design a notification email template and configure a scheduled notification. -
Enable (
): Click to activate scheduled notifications for the selected notification type. -
Disable (
): Click to inactivate scheduled notifications for a selected notification type. -
Return: Click to open the Producer Manager Main Page.
Warnings
Once you have successfully configured a scheduled notification, you must click the Enable button () to activate it for operation. By default, a new scheduled notification is disabled.
Notes
Note: Supported notification types include Expired License and License Renewal notifications.
Note: If you click the Disable button (), it will inactivate all scheduled notifications for the selected notification type.
