In this topic we continue our discussion of the commands located on the Tables Menu.
Using the Phone Book command, you can add contact information to the system that can be viewed in AIM and the DMU. The information includes phone numbers, fax numbers, addresses, company names, status, types, etc. In addition, the information added to the Retail Agent/Broker or Company tables is displayed in the phone book.
