Manage users and administrators

VSSO users and administrators can change the name, password, and security questions for their account by going to the VSSO console.

VSSO administrators with full admin rights can also reset passwords or change the name, email address, or role for any account (except their own). Group administrators can change the name or reset the password for any user in their group (except their own).

However, another VSSO administrator with full admin rights can change an administrator’s email address or reset their password on their behalf. VSSO administrators (full or group) cannot see or change a user’s security questions or answers.

It’s very important to have more than one account with administrator rights.

• Create a new VSSO user account
• Change account name and email address
• Change Account Password
• Change the password expiration duration for all accounts
• Roles: Grant or revoke administrator rights
• Create and Manage Groups
• Manage all users of a product
• Remove access to a product
• Delete or disable a VSSO user account
