Data Fix

If you have administrative privileges, using options from the Data Fix submenu you can correct producer, licensing, appointment, and association data and delete licensing data from producer records or delete producer records entirely. You can also review producer records with missing required information.

The Data Fix submenu includes the following options:

• Correct License Data

• Correct Qualification Dates

• Correct Appointment Dates

• Correct State Association Data

• Delete Producer

• Delete Licensing Data by State

• Producers With Missing Information

Note: Use Data Fix options only to correct data entered in error on producer records. To update data on producer records as part of normal producer management activities, use the pages available from the other submenu options available in the Licensing menu.
