Select User Profile
If you have system administrator permissions, use the Select User Profile page to select a user account to review or modify or to reset a user's system password.
To open the Select User Profile page, use one of the following methods:

To review or modify a user account, from the Administration menu select User Security, and then select Review/Update All Users

To open the Select User Profile page to review or modify a user's business units, from the Administration menu select User Security, and then select Maintain Staff Member Business Unit

To open the Select User Profile page to review or modify a user's cost centers, from the Administration menu select User Security, and then select Maintain Staff Member Cost Center
The Select User Profile page contains a table listing all user accounts, active or inactive, in the system. Fields and controls include the following:

Staff Member: For each user account listed, displays the name of the user. Click a user's name whose account information you wish to review or update. The selected user's account information will open in the Review/Update User page.

User Name: For each user account listed, displays the user's non-modifiable system user name.

Status: For each user account listed, displays the current status of the user's account, either Active or Inactive.

Phone: For each user account listed, displays the user's phone number.

Ext: For each user account listed, displays the user's phone extension.

Change Password: Click to open the Change Password page, where you may reset a selected user's password.

Return: Click to exit the Select User Profile page and open the Producer Manager Home page.
Notes
Note: Use the Review/Update User page to update the information displaying for a selected user on the Select User Profile page.
Note: If a staff member is configured to log into Producer Manager through your company's Single Sign On (SSO) identity provider, you may not use the Change Password link to change the staff member's password. A password change must be performed using the procedure prescribed by your company’s network administrator, not through Producer Manager.
