Regulatory Mappings

Offers fields allowing you to narrow the display of data mappings in the Search Results section.

Fields and controls include the following:

• Product Type: From the dropdown menu, select a product type whose data mappings you want to filter the Search Results by. The options are grouped by Active Products and Inactive Products, as configured on the Administer Products page.

• Regulatory Body: From the dropdown menu, select the name of a state or regulatory jurisdiction whose data mappings you want to filter the Search Results by.

• Date: Enter a date by which the data mappings for which you are searching became active. Use the mmddyyyy date format. Or, click the Calendar button () to open a popup calendar from which you can click to select a date.

By default, displays no results. When you make selections in the Search Fields section and execute search, displays regulatory relationships as filtered by of selected search criteria.

Regulatory mappings are sorted alphabetically by Regulatory Body.

Fields and controls include the following:

• Regulatory Body: For each data mapping relationship listed, displays the name of a state, district, or territory with which it is associated.

• Producer Type: For each data mapping relationship listed, displays the specific entity type, either Individual or Agency, to which it applies.

• Residency: For each regulatory relationship listed, displays whether the data mapping relationship applies to a resident or non-resident of the state or district displaying in the Regulatory Body field. If the data mapping applies to both a resident and non-resident, displays Both.

• Requirements: For each data mapping relationship listed, displays the specific license class, qualification (LOA), appointment type, and/or securities registration that a producer of the entity type displaying in the Producer Type field and with the residency status displaying in the Residency field is required to hold in order to be authorized to represent the selected product type in the state, district, or territory displaying in the Regulatory Body field.

• Use Indicator Status: For each data mapping relationship listed, displays the status of license class, qualification (LOA), and/or appointment type displaying in the Requirements field in your company's deployment of Producer Manager. Active indicates that it is currently enabled; Inactive indicates that it is currently disabled. Note that securities registrations do not include a Use Indicator Status value. • Search: Click to re-display the Search Results section based on current filter criteria set in the Search Fields.

• Return: Click to re-open the page from which you navigated to the Regulatory Mappings page.

• Export Options: Click a link to select a file format to which to export the records appearing in the table. Select from CSV (comma-separated value, .csv), Excel, XML, or PDF formats.

• Administer Products: Click to open the Administer Products page.

• Appointment and Affiliation Settings: Click to open the Appointment and Affiliation Settings page.

• View Regulatory Mappings: Click to open the View Regulatory Mappings page.
