No Service Levels

Sometimes you may not see the pre-configured Service Levels panel on some or all dashboards. If this occurs, you will see the message shown below.

 

This condition occurs typically when only one service level has been defined and when one or more of the following has occurred:

  • You have not previously configured a service level.
  • The selected workflows became deactivated or deleted in Workflow Studio.
  • All of the selected steps were deleted in Workflow Studio.

If all other selected SLAs are still valid they will be present in Service Levels panel and no notification is shown. Invalid SLAs simply become unchecked.

Perform the following steps to fix the Service Levels panel.

  1. Click Open Service Level Settings.
  2. Locate the invalid SLA that was selected.
    All invalid SLAs are marked.
  3. Select the appropriate values in the Workflows & Steps section.
  4. Click Apply.
