Create a To-Do
The To-Do List panel on the My Agency Home page surfaces information from suspense items entered in the Platform or AMS360.
For a to-do to appear in the To-Do List panel, you must first create a new suspense item.

On the Platform toolbar click the Capabilities icon > Home > Suspense.
When you do this, AMS360 opens in a new tab or browser window (depending on your browser settings).

In AMS360, click New Suspense.
When you do this, AMS360 opens a new Activity/Suspense window.

In the Suspense section of the window, enter the information you want for your to-do, and then click Save & Close.

Switch back to the Platform. You should now see your new suspense item in the To-Do List panel.

On the Platform Toolbar click the Actions icon > New Activity/Suspense.

In the Client Summary scroll down to the Activities section and click New just under the Activities heading. -
In the Suspense section of the new Activity/Suspense window, enter the information you want for your to-do, and then click Save & Close.
You should now see your new suspense item on the To-Do List Panel.
